When USAID offered coaching to its employees, I specifically chose Erin from the list, because I had long admired her leadership. Her insightful and patient coaching helped me prepare for a stretch position as I became the Director of the largest democracy, human rights, and governance office and budget in Asia. Thanks to her support, I was able to unlock a $74 million budget issue into impactful programs and elevate my team to being recognized across the U.S. Embassy.
